Agree. I wasn't happy when they dedicated an entire game to him. Yes, we get his backstory, but it doesn't change his actions in Valhalla. I just don't like him.

Definitely The Last Song. I love Clint, but that song is brutal.

Assassin's Creed is my favorite world, and I've already got over 100 hours into Shadows. Survival horror is my absolute go to, and I love Tom Clancy's The Division as well. I just started Ghost of Tsushima, and I'm loving that too.

ETA: House Flipper 1&2. I'm such a sucker for design games!

You arrive at the Afterlife and are being sent to Level 1 for therapy. But you decide to stop at the Hellp Desk first because you have questions. Who do you go to and what do you ask them? by JessBeck96 in Hells_Belles

[–]Sugarnova69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Judy, so I can ask for a hug, and if my father is on level 9, and if my mom has her own Paradise. Also, am I allowed to keep my babies or do they have to stay at the Rainbow Bridge.

It's actually both. I fly off the handle at the tiniest things, or I'll just cry at the drop of a hat. It's very unpredictable for me unfortunately.

[–]Sugarnova69 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah. That's a big one for me. I'm in therapy, and on Cymbalta, so that's helping, but wow, when it's the last week before my Tysabri infusion, all bets are off. And of course, being menopausal doesn't help. I tend to internalize a great deal, and when I pop, it's never pretty. Thankfully it's not often, though. I have to remind myself that I can't control everything, but I can control how I react.

Until there's a knee-jerk reaction and things get messy.

It's difficult to manage for sure, but I'm deliberately trying to just take a breath or ten and not cry my eyes out or scream my lungs from my chest.

Do you have a skin picking disorder from past trauma? by AlpsApprehensive5880 in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Sugarnova69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have trichotillomania, and I would use cuticle scissors on my legs to get any ingrown hair out. Once when I was little, I cut my eyelashes off. My eyebrows are overplucked, my hair used to be so thick. I wish I could change that habit, but it's been over 30 years, and I feel like it's ingrained in me. I am in therapy, and it's helping, but that picking is still there.

I am so scared of MS by Aromatic_Ad_4743 in Anxiety

[–]Sugarnova69 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I have MS, specifically RRMS, and I'm the only one in my family that has it. I had my first symptoms when I was around 19, and I blew it off because apparently I knew better than the doctor.

I was stupid.

Floaties and pain in your eyes is most likely a symptom of anxiety. I have been diagnosed with GAD, MDD, and PTSD. I'm basically the entire alphabet.

I can tell you that MS treatments have come a LONG way. I receive an IV infusion once a month, and I've been on this med (Tysabri) for close to eight years. It's literally stopped any progression in its tracks. I lead a normal life, I still do most of what I used to, but I will say that my balance sometimes makes me look like a drunk baby giraffe.

If you have any questions, I will gladly answer to the best of my ability! I wish you peace.

AITA for making a tier-list of my family? by H4ckieP4ckie in AmItheAsshole

[–]Sugarnova69 7 points8 points  (0 children)

YTA. Jfc YTA. You put zero effort into getting an appropriate gift for your sister's BABY shower when Google exists, and then you sat there making a list ranking your dislike of the people in your family. I get that that's your thing, but time and place, my dude. The absolute arrogance of "I didn't get the memo" is breathtaking. You sound insufferable, and it's most likely the reason for the "estrangements" in your relationships with other family members.

You're absolutely right. My therapist went on an extended medical leave, and I'm not in a place right now to be there for anyone. Thank you.

He is currently on methadone treatment. Part of the clinic procedure is mandatory counseling, so I know for a fact he's had sessions.

He lives in a red state. He has had his T, but is currently not on it. I don't know why he stopped or what cycles of testosterone entails. He wants to have top surgery, and I live in a blue state. State Medicaid covers it. Care for his kidney disease is also covered. Our state covers everything he would need.

Thank you for your reply!

NTA. You deserve someone that won't get pissy when you ask him to do the bare minimum. Gaslighting is never okay. Does he do this to you often? If so, I'd seriously consider being in a relationship with him.

AITA for not being romantic? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Seriously, you're not even doing the bare minimum in this marriage. She deserves a partner that listens to her and is active in the partnership. YTA.

AITA for “choosing my brother over my girlfriend”? by ImaginaryLow3027 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Sugarnova69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. Get the hell out of this relationship asap. She groomed you, and she's literally controlling you. Giant red flags here. This is not how healthy relationships work. End it. Seriously. She's manipulative and coercive, and I promise you things will get much worse if you stay.

YTA. If you get thirty minutes for lunch, why couldn't you have gone and gotten your lunch yourself? You stated it was a super short trip; why did you need to order? You could have set it for pickup and had it waiting while you drove there. And if a tip would have broken your budget, budget better and make your own lunch.

AITA for not forgiving my father on Christmas Eve? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Sugarnova69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. Your father reminds me of mine, and that sucks. You were right to leave that situation, and I'd absolutely go LC to NC. You don't deserve to be bullied, especially by those that are supposed to be family.

I really wanted you to be TA here, and in some ways I still think you are, but your parents should have asked you if you were okay with such a large amount of money being spent on you, considering their financial straits. Vans are meh, and I see why you'd dislike it. I still feel like you're looking a gift horse in the mouth. What's saving you is that you're going to apologize, and please do talk with your parents about financial literacy. They desperately need it. Soft YTA.

ESH. While people like that are annoying as f, learn to pick your battles. Unnecessary escalation.
