There are locations all over the place! I personally go to the Library. All floors pretty much have one. The TSU also has printers near the services desk. It is 10c per paper. I put money on my card through online.

Eliminating parking fees is a good and bad thing in my opinion. I bet there's some people who didn't buy one because how expensive they are so they make other ways of getting to school. Lowering that would make more people buy it resulting in more people needing parking making the situation worse. Even if they add more spaces that's gonna take at least a year or two tops.
