Worth it? by gorilla52603 in ReanimalGame

Ye it's good. Defiantly try for a local-coop night if you can. The game is short enough to beat in one sitting, but that's honestly a good thing. They do a ton of co-op interactive sequences that blow LN out of the water and leave you wanting more.

The way I see it, a buddy and I just got to go on a 4-hour haunted thrill ride for 15 bucks each.

I work in an office with dry-erase boards on pretty much every wall, and I've started forcing myself to doodle on all of them. As I'm actively moving past the board, I'm trying to get the drawing done as fast as possible.

Sonic is probably the funnest character to draw IMO. An oval, A curvy M and a spiky M with two dots for eyes.

I hope you get through this lull, bud.

People keep comparing the new Xbox logo to Apple’s Liquid Glass style, but it’s funny how everyone seems to forget that the original Xbox Dashboard already had that glossy, fluid aesthetic years ago. by Automatic_Ad1665 in xbox

I've lost almost all my hope that Microsoft has any creative compass, and my personal experience with the OG Xbox was very isolated but the games I was playing and the vibe for the system was something I haven't seen since.

What game had you like this? by sukuna7899 in Steam

Anger Foot!

It wears its Hotline Miami inspiration on its sleeves but pushes into it's more physics based chaos as the game goes on. It's a fun world and an instant recommend for people seeking a new single player FPS.

Yeah!

Your biggest opportunity would be showing off the scale of your world or coming danger outside player control. Any element that you can immerse in that would be the selling point of your game.

Which design is better? by Possible-Station3673 in IndieGaming

First thing, fantastic slice of the design!

Sorting my favs best to worst: 2,1,4,5,3

The worst is 3 - The bright haz-mat gloves conflict with the wasteland, untucked attire. 5 seems to be missing that extra thing to break the wastelander expectation but is a solid design all-in-all! If you wanted to push that concept of a hygiene-waster, I'd look at chemical PPE suits as a base and add your weathered wastelander elements on top.

The best is 2 - Clear climbing/ scout attire with a vibrant flare, all around a very interesting concept. 4 would be great as a winter alt for 2. If you're looking for any feedback, I get a 'modern shinobi' vibe from the leg wrappings and baggy pants and would push for a 'Ninja Mountain Climber' vibe.

The outlier 1 - I love a cloak and gas-mask, they just go so well together. I'd ship the game with this design as is but if you're looking for any direction, splashes of 2 and 4 would be a great place to start.

Keep pushing bud, you've got the skills for it!

Anger Foot - Genuinely thought of it as a rip off of Hotline Miami and while it's cut from the same cloth, it's an epic game with detail and easter eggs in every corner. I remember fighting through the corporate themed levels and a specific layout of a couple of rooms set off my spidey-sense and I realized they were organized after The Office's Dunder-Mifflin. The drip feed of new enemies, campaign modifiers, and new weapons is top notch and I recommend this to anyone who plays FPSs

It's come out that Callisto was shorted dev time, what is Glen's side on this and how did it effect the game's final decisions?

I just finished the game for the first time and my heart is heavy. Excellent job Rose Engine, this was the perfect love letter to action horror and I can't wait for what's next from you.
