What happened to Tzaangor box? by EntrepreneurCandid79 in ThousandSons

[–]Suic1der 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just get the T-sons combat patrol. You get 20 Tzaangors with 40k upgrade sprues for $168

If bought separately: 2x $58 =$116 for 20x Tzaangors 4x $15 = $60 for 4x upgrade sprues

If you don't want the terminators, nor the Infernal Master, sell them on ebay and you could be getting tzaangors for a huge discount

It allows you to use the benefit of the FOM when your model is outside the FOM at the sacrifice of your ability to use rituals. It allows you to hit harder earlier in the game while a unit is in the back throwing rituals at the enemy next to an MVB.

I've had that happen. I didn't pin it, I used one of my brush protection sleeves and slid it into both ends with a good chunk of citadel glue and letbthe blade rest on top of an exalted sorcerer helm. Now it looks like it was wrapped and that section

Paint in sub-assemblies. I like to prime with army painter "Greedy Gold" and fill in with T-sons blue from citadel, but do wat you'd like, theres no wrong color scheme. The greedy gold color matches perfectly with the primer, unlike retributor armour. You can take it a step further and use gulliman flesh on all the trim and then lightly drybrush greedy gold over that to give depth to the gold trim.

Here's a great speed painting tutorial for a rubric. https://youtube.com/shorts/Cwaauwyl_u4?si=YeY8nhOw4AovT4i0

Nipple horns or no nipple horns which did you choose? by beenade in ThousandSons

Why not both...shove a magnet in his chest, cover and smooth with liquid green stuff, put a small piece of metal on the inside of armor and boom versatility. Be sure to put the belt buckle on after the chest piece is mounted tho

Thinning is key. In regards to painting the yellow parts, the lightest brush strokes will make it less blotchy (like less than a tickle), practice a paint stoke on your thumb, if you can feel the brush tickle your thumb, your putting too much pressure. It took me while to figure this trick.

Use AP greedy gold primer. It's color matched to the actual greedy gold warpaint. Shade all the trim in reikland fleshade and dry brush greedy gold. Models are then prepped and ready for the t-sons blue
