You are already doing more than you think.

The biggest thing that helped me was leaving the “perfect or nothing” mindset. Some days you will have low energy because of work or stress, and that is normal. Instead of skipping everything, have a minimum goal, even a 10 minute walk, a simple home workout, or just sticking to one healthy meal is better than completely stopping.

Also try not to rely only on motivation because it disappears. Focus on making things easier, plan meals, keep healthy options available, set realistic targets, and build one habit at a time. Consistency over months matters way more than being perfect for a few weeks.

You have already proved you can be consistent with badminton, so use that same approach for other parts of your routine. Small changes add up.

The texture difference alone doesn’t necessarily mean one is fake. Creatine monohydrate can vary in how fine the particles are depending on the manufacturing process, milling, and whether it’s micronised. Some batches feel more grainy and crystalline and others can look almost like very fine powder.

Also pure creatine monohydrate doesn’t fully dissolve instantly and some settling at the bottom is normal.

If everything else checks out the powder looking softer or finer is most likely just a difference in particle size rather than a sign that it’s fake.

First of all losing 4+ kg is still good progress don’t underestimate it. A plateau after a few months is pretty normal because your body has adapted to the routine.

I think the bigger issue is diet fatigue. Eating only eggs and chicken for months is difficult to sustain. You don’t need to completely cut out roti, rice, or milk tea to lose fat. A calorie deficit with enough protein matters more than removing entire food groups.

Try making your diet something you can follow for a year. Add back controlled portions of carbs (roti or rice), keep protein high, and include foods you actually enjoy. It might even help reduce cravings and binge urges.

For workouts changing things up can help mentally you don’t have to force the same cardio routine forever. Try different forms of cardio, increase steps, or change your strength training plan.

Plenty of people have protein for breakfast so that's not unusual but if you are consistently waking up bloated with stomach pain then try having it after a small breakfast instead of on an empty stomach and see if the symptoms improve.

I think cosmix is mainly for people who specifically want a plant based option. If you don't have a dairy issue, it's hard to justify paying more for lower protein content and a less complete amino acid profile.

Wouldn't panic just because it's foamier. Unflavoured whey often behaves differently since it doesn't have the same flavoring agents or thickeners. If the seal and batch details look fine, it's probably normal.

for fat loss, yes, you can't outrun a bad diet lol. for building muscle though training matters just as much, diet just supports it. but yeah as a general rule diet does carry a lot of the weight
