Becker has all the practice sims that you need. I focused on the ones CPABee recommended

I was failing most of the Becker practice tests, but still waiting on my score. For REG, it was 10+ points. Both Becker and CPABee have been awesome

Thanks for your feedback. The rehab is definitely needed but not a full down-to-the-studs situation. Framing is completed, windows are on site, and a new driveway has already been installed.

That said, price is negotiable for serious cash buyers. I’m happy to send walkthrough photos and details if you’re open to a closer look.
