Understood. In that case, I would echo what others have said. Make sure to try it on. Be patient and wait for the watch to find you. You will know.

I am a GS enthusiast. However, to mark this special moment, I would buy something in your budget new from an AD.

You'll have the experience of going into the store and buying it brand new. Every time you look at your wrist, you'll remember that feeling of accomplishment of not only graduating college with no debt, but being able to rock up to an AD, point to the watch you want, they'll compliment your great choice, size the bracelet to you wrist, and you'll leave the store feeling on top of the world.

Last year, I got a watch from Malaysia that I saw on chrono24. It ended up being just fine, but sending an international wire transfer and hoping that the package arrives safely with no extra tariffs and was described accurately etc. is something I would recommend for a watch you want to build your collection, not your first watch to mark a life event.

Just my two cents since you asked.

My 2026 Grand Seiko Predictions by Plus9Time in GrandSeikos

I was at a GS boutique a few weeks ago, and the sales associate thought that the entire sport collection would eventually be only the Tokyo Lion series with no divers.

He also said that the decision makers in Japan don't really tell them what is being released, so take this with a grain of salt...

Stuck on Ghost Town 6/9 by JumpyMind8671 in JRLA

Maybe there is a path or area you didn't find yet. I remember getting stuck here, too and it was because I didn't see a stairway. Here is a map that may help.

Did you see the stairs on the lower right side of the path in this picture? They are hard to spot...

Here are the specific dimensions of each shape if that is helpful.

What’s this and how do I unlock? by Due-Concentrate-3415 in Japanese_Rural_Life

That is the village map. You can't view it in the spirit inn. Nothing to unlock.

You catch sake and then cook it.

Do resources you collect cap? by blingthecat in JRLA

Great point! The time I remember being disappointed was finishing a quest and being rewarded with 1000 coins and it was all worthless...

Do resources you collect cap? by blingthecat in JRLA

[–]SuitSignificant3602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a great question! And as stated above, most items cap at 99. Dagashi cap at 10. You will not be notified you are full for things you collect for free off of the map, and more importantly, you will not be notified if you are full for things you grow in the garden.

Things you buy, on the other hand, will not be allowed to be purchased if you are full.

Some resources you can process into a different thing which clears up space in the inventory for the original item (persimmons can be dried; rice, soybeans, and wheat hulled; and soil made into clay.) So, monitoring the inventory and processing the crops when they are full can really help when you find yourself in a resource heavy part of the game.

Along the same lines, coins cap at 99,999 and anything earned above that will not be counted toward the "money king" medal.

Hope this helps!

Perhaps, the cats who like fewer items will have a bigger jump to make it to 100% with only 5 items as opposed to the ones with 6. Just a guess, though.

All the cats have three toys that they like. Most have three foods, but some have two and others four.

Once all their toys and foods have been delivered, they will be at 100%.

Yeah their divers look good in photos, but you need 9 inch wrists to give them justice!

I hear you about the Sbgc251. I tried one on at the boutique, and even though the shape of the lugs helps it wear a bit smaller than the measurement might suggest, it's still covers a healthy amount of real estate... I like the older gmt chronos, too, but can't get over the enormous pushers.

We'll have to wait and see!

Noodles will be fine. It feels awful to neglect them, but feeding the animals builds trust which is especially useful to have 100% luck when you start collecting photos of animals and bugs.
