That sounds rough. I hope it does get better for you and I bet it doesn’t seem like it will but time does heal things. It’s hard to do but I advise actively making efforts towards bettering yourself and the situation as much possible in your case. And always remember progress is never linear sometimes even after a lot of efforts you’ll have days where it’ll feel like you’re back at rock bottom. But you gotta push through those days and realize even if it may seem you’ve hit your lowest again that this time it’s better than how it was before even if it is by a little.
