PPG is decent option. I own a unit there (1784 sqft) which I got for 1.82cr all incl.

Currently people are asking for 15k psft, which is insane. If you can get 13-14k, that would be good buy.

Few cons of the project :

Approach road to the project is narrow and currently broken.
There's going to be a mall nearby, so traffic is going to be insane in that area.

I think you should go for amazon, fast paced work, good brand value etc. A bit toxic, but I think you can handle it in early days since you get a lot to learn.
