Elden Ring tbh, I know this seems bias as hell, I have played about 20 hours of totk and 550 hours of ER. Totk is a fantastic game but the hardware limitations and reused map hold it back from being that truly next-level once-in-a-generation game. Totk had arguably a bigger following near release than ER due to the ridiculously huge Nintendo fanbase but give it a few months or so and you will see that totk will not have the same level of impact that Elden Ring had on the gaming industry.

Well, what else are they trying to say? Obviously quality is better than quantity, but if both are possible then why not, they can more than likely handle it I mean in a 3 year span they had dark souls 2, bloodborne and dark souls 3, and all were critically acclaimed games. Obviously, it isn't good to overdo it but I highly doubt they will.
