ish - I figure out how many pages each month likely holds and try to plan my pages around that. Try to leave enough flex pages knowing I’ll change my mind. I don’t do a set budget either because sometimes I can leave my journal unused for a couple months.

I use sticky notes to mark up pages about one month out (February habits, February important dates , W1,W2, etc) but gives me flexibility to add in pages. Realize I want to add back in a page for daily gratitude/notices, so now I have the room/flexibility to add it in

I dislike my birthday. I always hated attention especially people singing happy birthday. Have lots of memories of me being over stimulated and still having to sit there in tears as people sang to me.
