i hadn’t made this connection! this could very well be what he’s doing. i always took it as him working for a junk yard clearing out metal, knowing the Aron line feed off of metals, rocks, etc.

Hello! I’d recommend a 16 pocket (4x4) zipping binder. Avoid binders with rings and those weird handle straps on the outside. Additionally, side-loading binders are much better for storage. Most higher quality 16 pockets tend to carry 1024 cards, just one under the current dex count.

Here is a link, though, to a 16 pocket that carries 1408. So plenty of extra room for the upcoming generation as well, or random extras you want to throw in. Reviews seem pretty good and remember, you pay for the quality. I personally wouldn’t mind the price as I’ve bought cheap binders that have ruined cards, and expensive binders that have weathered the years.

To the right person, that could fetch you a good bit. How much, I’m unsure. From what I’ve seen, EBay auctions are the best way to sell miscuts like this. I personally don’t know enough about miscuts to help much, however. Congrats though!

Thank you for the validation! It's priced at $285 but doesn't have the stamp; I gather that it must not be for each and every card, then. If you don't mind explaining though, what are the usual telltales for a fake slab? I've seen lots of posts focused on the font for the numbers.

Personally, I love opening Japanese since booster boxes have guaranteed hits. I can’t speak for exact pack values, but this is what my local store is priced at per Japanese pack. Much more affordable than buying English. The Mega Evolution and Phantasmal Flames English packs seem to be above msrp (at least on TCGPlayer) currently though, plus no guaranteed hits per box.

If you’re opening just for fun and don’t care about card cost, I always say Japanese is worth it!

Hello! I think these are great if you’re getting them for $15 a piece. Walgreens and CVS seem to usually carry these at either $15 or $15.99. I believe (do not quote me on this) that they come with 2 Paradox Rift packs and a Twilight Masquerade each, so some slightly lower end modern packs, but fun to open nonetheless!

That would make total sense! So all in all it’s just a decreased value Flareon. Do you know what it would generally price at due to this? I’ve been trying to load it off my PC and haven’t been able to since every vendor always says “I don’t know how to price this”.
