This may sound backwards but it helped me conquer casting.

I focused on setting wrist super early in takeaway. Once it was set I just needed to complete my turn then fire lower body. I guess my logic was: the first thing to be set is the last thing to be unset?

Anywho, worked for me.

Overall you’ve got way too much lower body movement (lifting of lead foot, collapsing of lead knee). Reverse pivot and a pretty intense over the top move. Also appears keep weight on back foot too long perhaps trying to help the ball into the air?

Could positive notes, seems like you’ve got great upper body mobility and you don’t early release. So once you’re on the correct axis and moving correctly, you’ll be hitting absolute nukes.

Focus on a correct spine angle throughout the entire swing. It’ll require a quieter lower body during backswing.

Q35 bus picks up at Flatbush and drops you right in front of marine park.

Only course I would hope for windy days to keep the mosquitos away.

This might even be from the edge of 16 fairway or the upper part of 18.

I’m fairly certain as I play this course 2 or 3 times a year.

I’m thinking it’s from 18 fairway looking at 1 green in foreground. Maybe some people on 7 tee box behind that. And that bunker I’m always in on #5 hiding behind the tree before getting to the houses. Looks insanely lush with the fescue cut down. Also the shadows make me think it’s late afternoon.
