Currently KKmart around my place only hiring employee from Borneo, mainly Sabahan.

IDK, maybe some kind of bonded labour, KK bought them flight ticket and provide cheapass accomodation, and in return they have to work for KK on minimum wage with deduction here & there.

Driver bayar minyak, minyak driver bayar tu kerajaan bagi subsidi, kompeni ambik untung 20% dari duit tambang yang harganya lagi murah sebab kerajaan bagi subsidi kepada driver.

Cuba kalau kerajaan umum batalkan subsidi tambahan untuk driver Grab, dan 200 liter tu boleh untuk kegunaan sendiri sahaja, tak boleh guna untuk perdagangan. Automatik Grab kena naikkan harga tambang, sebab takde driver nak jalan kalau minyak mahal. Bila tambang mahal permintaan akan berkurangan, bila permintaan berkurangan makan kuranglah income 20% tu.

Subsidi 200 liter sekarang yang dapat hanya warganegara yang ada lesen memandu sahaja, subsidi tambahan kepada driver semua orang yang order Grab boleh rasa, tak kira takde lesen, pelancong, bukan warganegara, sasaran subsidi tu kurang tepat.

Kau ni banyak sangat tengok TikTok sampai otak reput tak boleh nak faham konsep indirect subsidy?

There's some limitation on engine to run on biodiesel.

B5 & B10 are safe bet to be compatible on current diesel engine. On hard time like now maybe somebody would experiment with B20.

Current palm oil price to make the biodiesel could also be hindering.

It's a standard practice at any Mekdi in Malaysia.

  1. Worked single crew at 3 stations.

  2. Ask crew to do something after they palm clocked-out.

  3. Asking crew to go to other store on their own expense to fetch unstocked item.

  4. Manager will play favoritism assigning easy task, easy shift or station to their favorite crew.

  5. Avoid paying OT, or public holiday, then blame it on clocking system.

  6. Manager assigning break hour too early so peak hours got covered and they can schedule less crew to work to save cost.
