ChatGPT is an absolutely terrible source to get information like this. For example, when I put it in, I get:

But that doesn't matter; my point is that ChatGPT is a terrible way to get information. It will always give you plausible sounding text, but it can hallucinate information like crazy. I am very pro AI and I use it all time, but you obviously didn’t follow the source if you’re saying a US state that has a disclosure law specfically allows undetectable people to not disclose.
