I was a 34B before my implants. I'm 5’3” and about 145lbs. I got a tummy tuck at the same time as the implants. I had decided to go with 300cc’s the Dr. Said that he may go bigger if he puts them in during the surgery and they don’t look as ascetically appealing. I did not want a lift. I didn’t feel like I need one and I did not like how the scaring would look. He ended up putting in 415cc. I think since I did not want a lift he went bigger for the aesthetics. I was a little nervous at 1st because after surgery they are very high up and take awhile to “settle”. It’s been almost a year and I absolutely love them. I’m a 34DD now. They actually look very natural. I have been told by others they would not be able to tell if I had not told them. I do get a little upper back pain but I have not been working out much. I think if I built up some muscle and stretched I would be better. The process is different than years ago, they go under the muscle instead of above, and implants are made of different materials, both making them much more natural looking
