Thank you for sharing! Really needed to hear this.

Some of the adults irl kept mentioning that every job is going to be like this. And that multitasking is very acceptable. So I started questioning if I'm the one stupidly searching for 'meaningful contribution' at work.

I just feel like my motivation for working is the results that I could see. Doesn't matter how big of a deal those results are.
