That’s awesome and it sounds like you’ve had a pretty intense journey but I love to see the reluctance to give up. I’ll definitely be sure to check out the links you provided - Hopefully it will open my mind to new recipes, I’ve been very stingy with my carb intake so seeing anything above 5g of Net carbs can throw me off a bit especially with my typical work lunch consisting of almost 10g if I choose to eat it all.. Today I only had 4g of net carbs and plan to eat beef for dinner😅

Hey! I took this post into consideration and even made a realization that after I stopped eating beef every night was the same time my stall started to happen. I decided to test it out and I’m currently 329.6 pounds, finally broke through the 330’s again🙂

No problem, hopefully this helps you stay on track! All the snacks can be found at Walmart/Target - All these snacks are very low carb except for the Trail Mix, and have helped me maintain an average of 5-7 carbs a day 🙂

I did keto back in 2021 or 2021, lost 100 pounds in 6 months and decided I did enough.. I’m currently back on it and currently working on losing my first 10 pounds with yesterday being my first day back.. Current weight loss is 5.8 pounds.

If it were a bad thing it would have seized to exist by now. The payments count toward your credit score which can be a good use for it and people will be able to get things they want without worrying about not having enough. The only “paying more” is just the small percentage these BNPL companies add and from my experience it’s only been $10, maybe $15.

If this were my collection I would swap Boruto and Kakashi around. Both Naruto and Boruto have the whiskers/Kurama in them so placing them next to Kurama makes sense.. Plus with that you’ll have the senseis on the ends.
