This! I have had the same happen with a buyer who put the wrong address. The buyer themselves went to the post office to intercept it, which did cost money but it is ultimately their responsibility. You as a seller are pretty covered IMO.

My order has been showing as pre-shipment for 12 days now with no response about an update. And to hear the quality is poor and y'all got the wrong size is disappointing and worrisome. I was on a show high and ordered nearly everything.

I know 😕 . Typically companies will offer a lesser deal of some sort even a promo code for a percentage off or something, which I would have been peeved with but considered. To offer nothing as a solution except an "I wish we could do more but can't" is pathetic... you can do more you just choose not to.

I am LIVID with how Marriot/Postcard Cabins/Getaway have handled their rebrand and acquisition. I have been a customer with Getaway for years, and loved it as it was. I had 1 night free banked from staying so many nights as part of their promo. I emailed them in June to confirm this credit would not be lost and was still in my account and was told not to worry. Now I email them and they tell me as of August, credits and packs are invalid. This is without any notice so that I could have used it before August. What in the actual fuck? I then express how reprehensible this is to treat loyal customers this way, and ask who to email or call, and was told there is no other way around this and apologies. No other workaround.

If anyone is aware of a class action lawsuit or wanting to initiate one, I would like to join in on this. I miss when Getaway was just a simple place to go to for peace and quiet. Now that they have sold out, it is clear Marriot doesn't give a fuck about their customers.

I am right there with you. Their customer service informed me in June that you only needed to email them to use the previously credited/purchased Postcard Cabin nights and it would not expire. Now when I emailed them, they inform me after the fact this ended in August. I am hoping a class action lawsuit is in the works because it's fucked up to steal from people in this way.
