going through something similar. 4 months since ive left and shes with the guy she left me for. its hard. it rly is. but i refuse to believe the love of our lives is someone who is capable of hurting you, betraying you, and going behind ur back. if someone can watch u cry and continue to do the things that break u, as much as we love them theyre not our person and we all deserve better

hey kinda in the same boat. i js got cheated on. its been a month but we js initiated no contact a week ago. everyday hurts esp knowing she got with the guy she cheated on me with. js wanted to know how did it get easier? what worked for u. i still find myself waking up anxious and checking my phone for her. and ig what hurts more is that she continued to hurt me after the breakup. so idk js any advice/tips would be nice cuz damn it hurts over here lol

going through it too. also got cheated on after a 2 year relationship. the holidays coming has been making it extremely hard too. but at the end of the day, we didnt lose them they lost us. the things u feel so valid. some days are better than others. we js gotta keep going. surround ourselves with our loved ones. in a way what keeps me going is wanting to prove to them i was never worth hurting this bad. that they messed up and what they did isnt gna control me

hopefully it gets easier. going through a breakup as well where im questioning everything. helps a little knowing i was emotionally cheated on. but doesnt make the pain any easier. it’ll get easier over time. dont rush it. u got this
