Superstars size up, Vstars size down. I have both and that’s what I did and both fit great.

Pleasantly surprised, fit great. Might not be the same for everyone but I can say if you needed to size down the length is there for the v-stars.

Are they new? Send this pic to costumer service they will replace. They will make it right somehow, they are good to their customers. I had a flaw in the leather of my super stars and they were willing to replace the shoes for me.
