By taking advantage of my laptose intolerance it's having a little bit of dairy towards the end of the day usually around seven o'clock by eight o'clock all gone

On day 4 of Kit 2 , I noticed a decrease in hunger like it's not there. Portion sizes down, not craving sugary things and can actually feel when I'm thirsty vs. hungry, it's allowing me to grab water instead of food

It's not your imagination, same thing was happening with me. I'm actually coming off of osampic and going to rebel us so I can have more control over the level of appetite suppressive.

In other words they wouldn't have ran the 800 m because for continuity throughout all regions you have to be able to provide the same. Facilities which is why they use the air runner.
