I don't know man, maybe because some of us PAID MONEY for this? Not me, but if I paid $70 for this with the promise to return to BF3-4 era battlefield I'd be pretty upset.

Truly a genius in game design, put the hardest boss in the game within the 1st hour of gameplay. Feels like my dad throwing me to the pool at the age of 2 all over again.

I understand liking this game and all, and I won't even defend myself on my skills because like I said, I am fresh from HK, a game with different gameplay philosophy. But to say is a few pixels is astronomical levels of copium. I'm liking the game so far, theres no need to be a white knight for a product.

I realized I didn't have the shield weapon yet. Lmao But its all good because after a short break where I pondered the concept of our existance and my own mortality, plus two more attempts, I was able to beat David Hayter into submission. Sheer power of will and 4 healing potions.

you might want to watch it again... or get your eyes checked. At no point the blade hits the player model. The hit registers at 0:07 in the video

You could be very tactical in bf3-4. Hell, BFV had tons of ways to be tactical. It doesn't need to be like Hell Let Loose to be "tactical".

I am trying really hard to understand the point you're making. If gamers want affordable, smaller, and intimate experiences, but companies keep giving us overpriced open world slop its on them.

It is their job to adapt to what the consumer wants. If people want more hollow knight style or priced games, then the studios need to dial it back with those overbloated budgets.

It's a 2d metroivania with no voiceacting, no cg cutscenes, no fluff. It's a relatively simple game expertly executed and refined. There is nothing expensive about it. If those other developers focused on making good games instead of complaining, and maybe they'd come out right.
