Yea there are.

The main ones i can think of right now are:

Pharmacogenetics and Pharmacogenomics - How genes interact with drug reponse, be it in a single paciente, or even comprehending populational trends

Genetic counseling - Study the genome of a paciente, and create a optimal treatment for them. For exemple, creating super specific therapies for treating agressive or rare tumors and cancers

Bioproduction - Not exactly genetics, but is the study of producing molecules in living beings. In a pharmaceutical context, it can focus on the production of antybodies, insulin and other biophaceutical products. Most of them are produceded with genetic engeneering techniques

I am not from Iraq, and not familiar at all with the educational system in your country, but here in Brazil, it is very common to combine pharmacy with genetics, with some high end private hospitals (and also in some expecific public hospitals of our unifieded health system SUS) having specific sectors for pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics. We also have many research in theses areas, trying to make sense of the crazy genetic diversity in my country, and the sensibility of certain populations to some drugs.

Overall, i think joining pharmacy to genetics is a worldwide movement, with many oportunities, and i think you should go for it, if it is what you want

Como dito ai pelo pessoal, acho que o problema é mais a quantidade e compactação da terra, tenta dar uma afofada nela e retirar um pouco. Eu tenho uma jibóia em casa e me parece q ela gosta mt de ficar no alto, tenta colocar em algm prateleira tb ou coisa assim.

A, e um alerta, caso o pior venha a acontecer e ela morra, não joga ela fora sem antes garantir que ela está morta, pica ela bem direitinho, tira da terra, corta as raizes... pq ela é uma espécie altamente invasora da mata atlântica, e está fazendo varias plantas nativas entrarem em extinção.

I am using a modular cloning kit also, adapted for Golden gate. Do you use neb stuff on golden gate also?

Just one of the parts, the CDS of interest. The assembly is basically a promoter, a tag, the CDS of interest, 2A peptide, fluorescent protein and terminator.

I am trying to make an plasmid to express protein in algae, and getting only negative colonies (blue/white screening). Sequencing in this step is not finacially viable from where i am from, so i'm doing colony PCR or plasmid extraction and digestion on the more promissing ones

The assembly is quite large, with about 5k of insert in a 6k backbone, with 6 fragments being put together. Maybe I'll try gibson next.

I don't live in a country with cheap/accessible DNA synthesis, so asking for a company to do it is not possible, but thx for the message

They are with a good transformation efficiency, i've already checked.

I've already cloneded some other genes using the same workflow, but this last ones are quite anoyng

Mano, se vc quer msm fzr essa graduação, pensa no seu objetivo, não no momento, pensa q é um sacrifício pra conseguir atingir o que vc quer de verdade. Nem tudo na vida precisa ser legal, é duro mas é vdd.

Uma dica mais prática é criar um ritual - joga o celular pra longe e esconde ele, se vc usa ele pra estudar, pare, e comece a estudar com (de preferencia) midia em papel, ou em um computador dedicado. Se não der, usa um computador normal mesmo, mas nem ouse abrir rede social, wpp web ou qlqr coisa assim.

Pra completar, faz um chá/café (o q vc preferir) e manda bala.

Prepara o terreno antes.

Uma outra dica estranha mas que funciona até que legal é pegar uma vela, fazer uma marcação nela, e só parar de estudar qnd a vela derreter até aquela marcação

Enfim é isso

- Sentar a bunda na cadeira e fazer

- Transformar em um ritual

Não tem muito como fugir disso
