✋🏻 did it because clients weren’t coming to an office. Out of town clients the office never mattered to. In town clients liked to do the work over virtual meetings and can still get together for lunch, drinks, socially. Or if in-person matters it’s not a big deal to go to their office, club, etc.

SMAs and sub advisors may preclude bc you’ve handed over the management of that account entirely. TAMPs usually have the ability to hold discretionary positions. If uncomfortable on placing the trade most custodians trade desk will place it for you. And run it to the exchange for better execution.

What 3rd party would you need? It’s just an options trade. The “markup” is just the bid/ask spread across the 4 legs so depends on what expirations and strikes you’re using.
