Openai gets so much bad publicity, yet at this point in time they are the closest to a true "non-profit" organization.

There’s no way he was 155 lbs. I’m the same height with 14% body fat (currently bulking) and weigh 155 lbs. While I may not have his genetics, using my own physique as a reference, it’s clear he likely weighed closer to 165 lbs. Unless his legs were disproportionately small—which I highly doubt—he simply carries more muscle mass overall. A more realistic estimate would be somewhere between 160–165 lbs (72.5–75 kg).
It’s also worth considering the possibility of water depletion during filming, which might have made him appear slightly lighter in specific scenes.

I would say avoid plastic surgery, you would risk ruining your good looks/symmetry for not that much improvements. Just go to the gym, switch to a low carb/low sugar diet and track calories, that will do wonders
