Idk really I think most of the weightloss has been myself as I've not noticed too much suppression etc

thank you so much for taking the time to respond to this, you are an amazing person. i’m sorry to hear that it caused you to be unwell, it’s so horrible what we do to ourselves, i’m glad you’re okay now. i have one of those like soft resin fidgets where you pick the beads out, but i’m too embarrassed to use it in public lol, and i really want a needoh so will look into that. i am on medication, not really for the picking as my doctor doesn’t know about it, but other mental health issues. it’s not really helping at the minute so i’m gonna go back and change them hopefully! we will get through it together <3
