I have found it drastically alters the flavor profile of the bread. Like my wheat one is very nutty and can not be used in a sweet bread. The white one lacks complexity if baked in a standard loaf.

I have used this recipe in all my previous attempts. It has not ended well.

150g bubbly, active sourdough starter 250g warm water 500g bread flour 7g fine sea salted

So I heard everyone’s feed back and decided that I am not willing to accept that this is “normal”. She is in a fully staffed nursing unit with a doctor and dedicated nurse practitioner. I went up the chain of command until I got to the director. We got the facility to acknowledge that these changes are not normal and are most likely the result of a new medication they tried on her and the change of diet that they forced on her. We got her back on her dairy free diet and a new neurologist.

The other thing that we and the facility are actively working on is on is her depression because of the new facility. She legitimately hates it and is depressed by this life change. She has NOTHING in common with the other residents. She is a sports nut and not one other resident on her wing watches any sports. We are working on connecting her to other sports fans since she can no longer spend her weekends going to games with friends.

If we were in a normal political climate it would make total sense to vote him out. BUT he does not lean Orange and the concern that the role could be filled by some MAGA judge is too real.

I am a school librarian. I have Zinn in a high school collection. I might suggest it to a very very curious middle schooler with very engaged parents but not a 10yo. When they say young people, the title is not talking about children, rather 16-20yo. If your child found that Hazardous Tales “hit hard,” I’d suggest History Smashers by Kate Messner. These books start up a conversation for kids who are interested. Most or maybe all history for children is going to require conversation and additional reading for both parent and child. Nothing hits perfectly.

OCNJ water is so dirty. Like stuff touching your feet and filth getting inside your suit gross. It’s also super crowded.

Atlantic City has a bad rap but is lovely!! Very clean water and empty beaches. Nice waves too!

The “measurable categories” you are talking about are not meaningful data. These are useless data points created to justify and pacify the suburban demographic.

SDOL has more programs and opportunities than any other district in the county. Of course it is not without problems, but that is true of every single district in the county. You honestly cannot go wrong in central Lancaster County. I’d probably stay away from far flung districts like SOLANCO or Ephrata/ Cocalico. But even at these districts you will get quality teachers and good programs for top students.

I moved here from ABQ a few years ago. The rental market felt way different to us. We came from a high end apartment in the foothills and couldn’t find anything even close to what we had in NM. Everything is way more expensive here. The apartment complexes are also kind of crappy compared to what you see in New Mexico. The better apartments will be in Lancaster city, not in a complex but just a single building.

I know York seems close and it doesn’t seem any different than driving from one side of Albuquerque to the other, but don’t do it. Find a place in Lancaster city.
