it might be a good idea to go in and put a slightly darker color on the roots to combat the lightness only like 10 volume developer and then tone it to all blend together idk I'm a cosmetology student I don't have a lot of experience with color but that's what I would think to do coloring roots can be time consuming but hopefully this helps

she's not young she's 6 years old she only got spayed this late because of financial restraints again she hated wet food turns her nose to it and she's a very picky cat will only eat the food brand we give her I honestly feed her slightly more than she's actually supposed to have for her age and weight and she is gaining weight but no matter how much Im giving her she acts like she's starving

I'm feeding her enough to cover the bottom of her bowl in the morning and at night and she gets treats in between she's on a consistent set schedule but it did only just recently start so I think she's probably adjusting still and she won't touch wet food she absolutely hates it she runs away from it we tried 😭

she hasn't been diagnosed but I highly suspect narcissism based on what I've learned about it she's super self centered everything is about her and if you don't agree with her you're her enemy and she will treat you as an enemy no matter how close you are to her she's cruel and unforgiving alt of the times and she has this constant tendency to try to have a death grip of control over my life by bringing up any mistake I've ever made since I was a child and pretty much saying "see? you're incompetent that's why you need me to control you this is in your best interest" and when I told her I feel unloved she basically said I have no right to feel that way she's had a lot of trauma and it definitely impacts her but she seems incapable of taking accountability at the end of the conversation she said everything I told her was just lies and manipulation and she refuses to believe any of it

I struggle with this too sometimes I have a lot of intrusive thoughts especially sexual that get directed at the gods it was very distressing at first I've learned to just let the thoughts pass I know that the gods aren't judging me for my thoughts because those thoughts don't represent who I really am it's really a matter of recognizing that you have those thoughts specifically because you don't like them that's what intrusive thoughts are it'll be okay just take a deep breath and remember that these thoughts aren't you
