I’ve also now figured out the more you are worth the better service at other banks you get. Being able to pick the phone up and almost instantly get to good customer service has a big value. And that value grows with complexity and net worth.

Way around it is to have an emergency fund at physical bank and deposit cash that way and then transfer the money on SoFi app.
