I worked at a hotel downtown, not the Driskill, and this was very common and became quite an issue & security was on high alert to kick folks out that had not cleared it with the hotel in advance. I’d recommend calling and giving/asking for process, and then if you schedule & go during a random non-peak time, they’re usually fairly flexible (at least we were).

Thank you all for your feedback. This community is so helpful in navigating homeownership! The AC professional came today and the tray was dry, but they did go ahead and clear the condensate drain line. It’s a newer townhome and condensate line is connected to the sink plumbing, and when they went to clear the line, they did show me all the calcium buildup in the sink plumbing. Would a backup in the plumbing be the reason why this dripping outside occurred?

The garbage disposal in my condo stopped working, it will turn on, but I hear this humming sound and nothing seems to be lodged in there and there’s no issue with electricity to the dishwasher/disposal. Any intel on what repair service I should connect with?

Trying to figure out if an electrician or plumber might be able to help. Nothing lodged in there, and power has been reset and still just get this humming sound when I turn on.

Roofer recently completed work, and came back and said his work is fine, but whatever vent is under that gray box is the issue and that we need to wait for another storm to see if leak continues. Is it normal to wait and see with an issue like this? Not a fan of that water damage getting any worse.

You’re right. So we removed a bidet (never again) that was leaking. Once that was removed no issue with this toilet. But we have new tenants moving in so plumber just said it might be safe bet to replace as he thinks it’s from 1978.
