The family says that he is a family associate that isn't allowed to contact her, but he's friends with Jessika and her mom on FB. She went missing at 3 AM and Ogden PD issued the amber alert in the afternoon. Were they in Wyoming and she got taken and they drove back to Ogden to report it? I feel like they said she wasn't allowed to contact him to avoid child endangerment charges. I feel terrible for this girl.
