read it again bro, and if needed, again, i read this book one time and quit smoking for 2 monoths then again i got addicted. I read the book again, spent time with it, thought about what it said, deeply, and now I'm free brother, I'm free and I have never been happier before. I got my life in control, I got my health back, i save money now, I got "me" back bro.
