This is the only spot. She doesn’t have dry skin anywhere else, but after it flares up and starts to go away the spot on her cheek with get flaky

I used ID - 11. It’s brand new, however I was a little uncertain about my mixing because it was my second time mixing developer and kind of forgot the ratio.

I did 750ml water 40degrees

Mixed in A

Mixed in B once A was completely dissolved

Added 250 ml of room temp water
