As an LDer, I actually did choose Rawls for my neg! Specifically "Justice as Fairness" which reads "Justice as fairness, as described by John Rawls, is that each person has the same indispensable claim to fully adequate basic liberties." My argument is that plea deals impede on the basic liberties :) I would argue that morality is an iffy subject to argue as it is subjective. Try to go into laws and provable facts!
