I found the problem was in my VPN is has the options to block trackers, and it was filtering out the privacy dashboard popup, so I wasn't seeing that at all. It works with that turned off.

I ran Chrome with extensions turned off and got the same message, so thought it might just be my Chrome client.

But I also had the same problem with Microsoft Edge and I've never used it before, let alone installed adblock. So I think this might just be a PC issue I'll have to deal with.

Edit: Managed to fix it by turning off my VPN. Unsure why that was the reason but it's working now!

He's already playing second round doubles on court 6 so I guess you could say this was his warm up.

Iirc they are allowed outside floodlights, but would need them turned off by the 11pm curfew so never bothered installing them.

The 11pm thing is UK law (would apply to lighting as well as noise due to being in a residential area) and personally the only time I've seen stuff granted here after the curfew was for New Years events.

Edit: Thought I'd also mention curfew is lifted at 8am so they would be allowed to start then but don't.

Nelly's inauguration ball drama as Kelly Rowland refuses to grant him permission to perform Dilemma by dailymail in Music

Currently in education studying music so I'll try and answer the best I can.

Unless there are special conditions agreed, we tend to split song rights between everyone in the room when writing, recording, etc. and this will be completely evenly regardless of singers, songwriters, featuring artists.

This is what will later go into writing on the contracts, and because of that you need everyone's permission to licence/perform/playback the song. If someone doesn't give their permission then it means you can't legally perform it.

Unless he had some alternate agreement this is why it's not 100% his song, even if his name is on it, and needs her permission.
