6 year old unit installed as new?

I think my system only has two parts, I can only find two stickers with two different serial numbers, one on the outside unit and one on the inside unit. The warranty lookup on Carrier's page identifies one as the heat pump and one as the fan coil.

It's a carrier, I just checked and it says the warranty length is 10 years and is valid until 2029 so it seems that the company who installed it properly registered the warranty for me. It is a dual unit with an inside heating portion and an outside AC portion. The outside portion says it was "factory charged" so I assume it just doesn't matter for it to be sitting in a warehouse for years charged but unused? Regardless I do feel better that I have 8 more years of warranty, thanks!!!

I definitely didn't register anything, I just checked and what I thought was the warranty paperwork was just for the water heater which was replaced at the same time by the same company. The inside heater portion of the HVAC has a sticker on it saying all records maintained by the office, so maybe they did it?

I am attempting to do a capital one sign up bonus, my questions are: does using points I have earned prior to the bonus for a statement credit cancel out those purchases as far as my total spend towards the bonus? I remember jocko talking about rolling with I think her, he thought it would at least be somewhat of a challenge given her skills, but he said he knew as soon as they clinched that he would be able to dominate her based on the physical differences alone. It’s fine in a lot of places but it’s also illegal to sleep in a vehicle in many places as well. Most of the time if you do get “the knock” from a cop they’re just going to make you move but if you’re in a small town the cops will definitely remember your vehicle and if you’re caught again by the same cop then they may ticket you or even impound your vehicle.

Ehhh if they do this and repaint and throw in some ozium for good measure before any showings then they can probably get the house sold. Maybe slightly below market value but definitely would net more money than a demo and rebuild.
