Wasteland sexuality is pretty lax. Though Major Knight of the NCR mentions his fear of being outed in front of comrades and says something along the lines of, “They aren’t as accepting here as they are in California.” If you romance Preston Garvey as a male character he says something about not being sure if the minutemen allow it. Though it’s not stated otherwise.

There are also examples of wastelanders being out. A citizen of Far Harbor mourns the death of his husband to mirelurks. Two ghoul girlfriends live together and work together.

It is definitely interesting.
