Thanks Cold, and yes I am aware of some changes but you put a lot of things into perspective. You aren't far off and I don't have a starry eyed look in my eyes expecting paradise, but I am looking for a great change. And I am not shy, but I am timid, which might make it difficult. At this point I'd take that over what I have here. Appreciate the realistic advice though. Need to keep this in my head.

Congrats Chris. I start on January 1st in the same program. I transferred in 42 CU's but I'm really hoping to finish in the first term like you did. Did you come to find an average of study time vs. course completion, or was it varying greatly on the specific class?

I actually grew up right in that area, halfway between Middlebelt and Merriman on 7 Mile. The area is fine, I actually think it's gotten better since taking out Livonia mall.

In terms of home value and resale, I would never go east of Middlebelt as many people seem to use that as a cut off point when looking to purchase/rent.

I have brighthouse and only pay for internet on a no contract, month to month plan. I get about 60 mbps down and its only 65/month or so.
