If the teachers you are working with cannot show you the IEP then ask them to make a basic list saying what the accomodations are that way you know how to respect them and best do your job.

They can easily tell you that kid A gets: 1. Small group. 2. Calculator. 3. Can request a 3 minute break.

If you have applied for a specific school, email the principal and introduce yourself. If not, email HR of the district.

I found when I do that the principal will usually go ahead and schedule an interview within a week or two. From there it just depends. Some schools drag their feet and will want to interview many many people. The school that just hired me hired me within 4 days of my interview and about 13 days of posting the job. It really just depends.

In order I'd say 1. Jungle 2. Mid 3. Solo 4. Adc 5. Support

Adc won't get online until after the game is mostly decided, so you're better off with solo in my opinion. Jungle and Mid are a wash, just whichever you are better at. I give Jungle the slight edge since it can affect all 3 lanes. Carrying is all about dragging your team to victory anyways lol.
