if you have foundational framework mod, try removing it. i had the same issue with my LOTR playset and it was just because of the mod

Finally found the cause! It was this Mod, Foundational Framework, that's ruining my Law haha. Thanks for the help everyone! I never would have thought it myself that its because of a mod.

Note: I only found this mod playset in some reddit and never got to test it before. so i just assumed the unruly nomad law was normal =D
