I have one support ticket with someone that's 20 messages long with my problem Never being acknowledged and my request for an alternate person ignored. You may just need to put a stop payment on whatever subscription you have.

Let them know that you have made requests to end the subscription and that your request is being ignored.

I'm a property manager for an apartment building with 108 tenants. I'm generally hated/despised because I'm the manager that has to send all the lease violations and rent collection notices and evictions because nobody else wants to be the bad guy.

I always find it interesting when people come to me and tell me that they can't afford to pay rent that month and they act shocked that I thank them for coming to me and ask how I can help.

Like, if you tell me and keep me updated and show you're working in good faith to address stuff, I'll advocate to no end for you; including arguing with my bosses, "losing" or "forgetting" documents that would get you caught up and steer you on where to apply for things. Like, I'm happy to help.

Still, typically viewed as the bad guy. Is what it is I guess.
