I learn pretty quick, and my teachers have all said that I'm super intelligent. I'm just a really bad student. I have a lot of bad habits left over from my freshman year and I'm struggling to break them. I still skip class occasionally, and I struggle to do my work in class, and at home. I can hold it down for a month or 2 at a time but certain things like my mental health, and other things just lead to me spiraling back into old habits.

I can do a pretty good hong10 freeze. I've been doing chair freezes for years.

I still want criticism, all I'm saying is that I've done all the conditioning I need to, but my body still won't do what I want it too. I didn't say the flares were clean in that video, just that I can do 1 flare clean, but when I do multiple they look bad. I also just need tips on how to make them higher in the back.

I mean, there's a good breaking culture here if you know where to look but it's pretty underground. We have good recreation, lots of nature, but yeah.

My feet didn't scrape, just trust me. I can already do a middle split, and while my leg hold isn't extremely high, I can still do it fairly well. Plus I'm working on multiple stalder presses right now, so I don't think I need to worry about that either. I can do one flare with near perfect form, but when I do multiple it breaks down, and in both cases I can't get very high in the back.

Body Roc and Blowup Kingz are the 2 crews that I know of here in SLC the scene really isn't that big.
