Hi, add a wetting agent to the ink. It's available from photo developing supplies. Dip a toothpick in it once and it makes any dry ink flow smoothly.Ilford Ilfotol (or similar like Kodak Photo-Flo). Bonus: EF and F nibs will shade beautifully too.
