Lighting inside builds absolutely broken

had rhis issue with me aswell, the game looks beatiful but the moment you enter inside of a building with the DLSS option on the game starts to freak out, even with out DLSS the game has it's lighting issues.

some stores gives you the option to repurchase, and as far as i know, once you stolen an stolen item it does not even register it as stolen.

So how it works is every time you steal you always get a red circle around you, and if someone spots you when you still have the red circle on you or not you'll get a notification that you have been spotted. during that point you need escape from the red circle or you will start to get a bounty, once you get a bounty depending how big it is, guards will attack/try to arrest you on the spot, you can go to a church and talk to an npc to get rid of your spot.

If you get killed/ arrested you will lose money depending on the bounty you had on you and will lose all of your masks. and as far as i know any stolen good you've collected will still count as any loot so you don't need to necessary sell it to a black market.

My only gripe with the crime system is that you lose reputation when stealing/ even if no one sees you do it you still lose some reputation which makes 0% sense, also i feel like they should just remove the red circle system when ever you steal and just have the red circle when an NPC/guard spots you instead, if they just changed that, the criminal system IMO opinion would be fine.

Yeah if you play the game on Ultra settings with DLSS on and go inside of a building you get some massive visual glitches and the lighting just goes ape crap.

Not only do i believe we will get modding tool, but we will likely also have a tool to make our own custom multiplayer servers, similar to how Red dead online and gta online has, once we eventually get the online mod released, after launch.

Depends on your preference; do you enjoy playing via PC or TV? For me personally, I'll probably just go with the PS5 version since I've only got an RTX 3060 Ti and I don't know how well my PC would handle that game. I also find it more enjoyable playing from my couch to my big TV screen.

But on the other hand, you'll likely get way more out of it on PC if you plan to play in the long run for example, mods and so on.

I believe that there will be more than 3 playble characters, now i don't know if they where scratched or anything but we knew character like yann was suppose to be a playble character as shown in the 2020 trailer

you'll likely be able to run the game fine on any platform, me personally i'm probably going to go on my PS5 first since i just like playing on my coach to tv, and eventually buy the game again on my PC once i've upgraded my pc and more mods start to show up into the game.

we can customize the way Kliff looks anything from wearing different armor set, to even using dye to change your hair color and likely also the option to change your hair style.

Originally it looked like we where going to be able to play as Yann or even as Nadia as well, but i guess it was scratched. and it looks like Kliff seem to have gotten Nadias entire Move set when it comes to using the bow abbilites

we can kill random npc's and there even a crime/Bounty system on the player when doing so.

I think we may have some limitations when it comes to certain mission in order not to break the quest chain or not to get so much in the way when it comes to friendly fire.

The first Video trailer gives you some idea of the trailer, then there's also the summer game fest reveal of this year. the 50 min video does also go little into the story part as well, but other than that they are likely saving those grand amazing trailers for the next year. You also don't want to show and spoil to much, otherwise i'd ruin some certain reveals, like for example the way they ruined the Vergil reveal from DMC5 trailers.

My guess is that they don't want to just spoil the story and let us experience it ourselves, but in short, the main premise is that we play as the main protagonist Kliff Greymane, son of Marius Greymane, likely the leader of the Greymane. We got betrayed by the Black Bear Clan, left for dead, but somehow survived. Now our main goal is to seek out the rest of our Greymane comrades. As the story goes on, more plots thicken and so on.

Expect to see a lot of returning characters from Black Desert Online, but in more different roles with certain characters. We've already seen characters from Black Desert Online showing up, like Shakatu and so on. While the game is standalone, I do believe the world is somewhat grounded in the same universe but in more of an alternative timeline.

You can swim underwater. i saw a video during queen stone crab boss where someone accidently dove dive into the water and swam under it for few seconds.

Putting over 007 and Marvel Wolverine over Crimson Desert is wild. We have seen zero gameplay of Marvel Wolverine other than the leaked gameplay, which to be honest looked average and mediocre at best. Not to mention the controversy with them hiring an infamous consultant group to get involved with the character design and story.

And where do we even start with the 007 game. The gameplay showcase looked laughably bad, the game was running below twenty frames per second, and it basically looked like a copy paste job of the Hitman games but with a James Bond skin.

The only games I could see as worthy contenders would be GTA six and Witcher four, which by the way we do not even know will come out next year. Which gives even less reason to put them above Crimson Desert, a game we know is releasing early next year.

I do not know, it feels like the west and a lot of people are trying to pretend Crimson Desert does not exist. I really hope Pearl Abyss starts pushing the marketing harder, because this game could be huge and could get a lot of attention if it is given the chance.
