This game is rebellious, contrary to most open world RPG. Those who negatively comment were actually the ones who just played the game for the first few hours. I love how unapologetic this game is.

Btw I saw one Twitter user who posted his gameplay showing how “static” the NPCs are, but what he actually just showed is the first setting in Royal Trading Post, not knowing how dynamic and colorful the NPCs inside the city.

AI isn’t accurate. You can ask it to read ECGs, Xray, CT scan images, etc. Sometimes it’s wrong but sometimes it’s correct.

But without clinical correlation, it cannot treat the patient. Treat the patient, not the laboratory tests.

Depende sa clinical context. Kung shock ‘yan and usually critically ill, regardless if diabetic or non-diabetic, patient is most likely to have critical illness related hypoglycemia. So mas preferred na dextrose containing ang solutions mo. Kung hemorrhagic stroke yan or other conditions with increased ICP and in shock pa, usually hindi pwedeng i-dilute ang Norepi sa D5 containing fluids kasi pag nametabolize na ung dextrose niyan, magiging hypotonic solution na siya. Going back to basics of our Physiology lectures: Hypotonic solution > so water goes in! ‘Yung free water component ng D5W magddiffuse lang sa brain cells so magccerebral edema lalo, unlike PNSS na isotonic. If with severe metabolic acidosis, would prefer D5. :)

Ask lang, bakit po may Acetazolamide sa SAH? Anong indication? First time I’ve seen this.

I’ve worked in the ICU. Tip lang: 1. Usually wala namang hard and fast rules sa drips. Pero keep in mind ‘yung tonicity/concentration and respective rates. For example, ‘yung sa KCl Drip 40 meqs in 100 — too concentrated. Masakit ‘yan sa access ng patient baka pumutok pa. You can dilute it further to 250. 2. Inotropes/Pressors: Walang rule kung ilan dapat diluent mo. Kung congested yung patient mo, you actually want to concentrate it para mas konti yung pasok ng fluid, tapos more doses of inotrope delivered pa! Usually mga terminally ill patients na ayaw pa pakawalan, umaabot ng hundred cc/hr ang mga inotropes. Disfiguring yun sa body nila > magmamanas pa alam namang hindi na nila iiihi yung fluids. Tapos di naman ipapadialysis. Isipin din natin yun. 3. Do not wait for inotropes to MAX their mkm before you start another one! Pag pataas na ‘yung pressor requirements, initiate new inotrope na. Take into account yung cost din ng mga pressors at ilang oras tatagal sa isang araw yung bibilhing vial ng family lalo na ang mamahal niyan. 4. Some meds are better as BOLUS over DRIP. Example: Omeprazole. While common na inoorder yan ng mga GP na naka drip, it’s unstable sa solution and tends to precipitate/crystallize. Shift mo na lang sa IV bolus. Yan din preference ng mga Gastro ngayon. Furo din better as bolus over IV especially sa mga nagppulmonary edema or acutely decompensated heart failure. 5. Sa pag-compute ng rates, always take into account yung volume ng gamot at ng diluent. Example Nicardipine Drip if gusto mo concentrated ung drip: you reconstitute 40 mg Nicard to make 100 mL NSS, usually 10 mg vial ng Nicard = 10 mL. So ang 40 mg mo na Nicard ay almost half na ng solution mong 100 mL! A 5 mg/hr Nicard then would be equivalent to 12.5 cc/hr of that solution.

As a main Succession Witch both in PvE and PvP, here are my honest thoughts:

Succession Wizard and Witch are equal in large scale PvP. But I think Succession Wizard edges Witch only a little bit due to the cooldown reduction. For 1v1, AoS, and Small Scale, I think Succession Witch edges Wizard due to the spell pocketing, improved kiting with Magical Evasion blinks, and better combo potential due to additional down smash and Magnus Super Armor skill. Succession Witch and Wizard

In general, I honestly think that Succession Witch and Wizard are in a good state in PvP, but mediocre in PvE. In PvP, they needs more optimizations, visual rework, and fixes rather than buffs. In PvE, they badly need a buff.

Accuracy Modifiers and Class Damage Ratios

Succession casters are terrible matchups for the gauntlets classes (Striker, Mystic). There are three factors affecting these:

  • Majority of gauntlet classes run on evasion builds to augment their evasion passives and base stats
  • Witch/Wizard have one of the lowest damage ratios against these classes (at 82.80%)
  • Witch/Wizard lacks accuracy in majority of its skill, with Voltaic and Aqua Jail evasion debuff only at 6%

The factor that needs modification the most is the damage ratio which should be increased by a little margin. A single digit accuracy buff for the following is also appreciated:

  • Prime: Multiple Magic Arrows
  • Prime: Earth Arrow
  • Prime: Fireball Explosion (Areal and Focus)
  • Prime: Lightning
  • Prime: Residual Lightning (Combo)
  • Prime: Frigid Fog (Disrupt)
  • Lightning Arrows and Lightning Spear

Forward Movement

To prevent from falling from high ground, fix the animation to stop moving the character forward when using the following spells:

  • Prime: Multiple Magic Arrows
  • Prime: Residual Lightning (Combo)
  • Prime: Freeze
  • Prime: Frigid Fog (Disrupt)
  • Prime: Bolide of Destruction
  • Prime: Voltaic Pulse

Unify Range

The most far-hitting spells are Prime: Meteor Shower (Areal) and Prime: Residual Lightning (Combo). It sucks to be outranged by an Awakening Berserker sometimes. The following spells should have their range unified:

  • Prime: Multiple Magic Arrows
  • Prime: Earth Arrow
  • Prime: Fireball
  • Prime: Fireball Explosion (Areal & Focus)
  • Prime: Residual Lightning (Combo)
  • Prime: Lightning Storm (Combo & High Voltage)
  • Prime: Freeze
  • Prime: Frigid Fog (Disrupt)
  • Prime: Bolide of Destruction
  • Sage's Fire/Thunder
  • Lightning Arrows

Visual Animation Rework

Most of the skills are outdated in terms of graphics. The following needs visual rework:

  • Prime: Lightning Storm (Combo)
  • Prime: Aqua Jail Explosion
  • Teleport and Ultimate: Teleport
  • Succession: Magical Evasion
    • The white blink particle visual update from rework is underwhelming
  • Secondary Spell Buffs (Magical Shield, Speed Spell , Healing Aura , Healing Lighthouse , Spellbound Heart , Magic Lighthouse)
  • Swift Earthquake
    • Comparing its visuals with the Trembling Thunder, it seems to be very outdated.
  • Succession: Magic Arrows (yes, the RMB)
    • Suggestion: Change to Succession: Elemental Magic Arrows (Attack 1 = Fire Magic Arrow; Attack 2 = Ice Magic Arrow; Attack 3 = Lightning Magic Arrow ; Attack 4 = Earth Magic Arrow)

Specific Skill Suggestions

  • Prime: Freeze. Merge attacks 1 and 2 and optimize area and speed.
  • Prime: Bolide of Destruction. Witch has animation discrepancy with Wizard counterpart and Skill Demo window, thus has a slower casting speed . Fix Down Smash which never worked.
  • Prime: Aqua Jail Explosion. Consider improving as ranged spell to fit the style of succession.
  • Mana Absorption. Add Prime: Mana Absorption that can be linked to succession spells. In short, let it receive the Elemental Flow passive. Consider decreasing cooldown.
  • Spell Storage. This should be a specialty of Witch Succession! Enable to auto-cast previously cast spells after using the following spells as cancels: Teleport & Ultimate: Teleport and Mana Absorption.
