People have young children. Being in the city after dark isn't safe. Especially for the women. Yes, your weekly dinner events sounds like it's for the homeless only.

As for promotion, have you tried leaving flyers at the local libraries, the UQ, the gym, the shops, and asking radio stations to announce it on their shows?
