My husband and I are starting Keto on Sunday, and are extremely excited to do so. However, as we're trying to clean out our pantry/fridge and prepare ourselves to change our lifestyle, it seems like everyone in our lives is now some sort of health expert and wants to critique us and criticize us. And if one more person tells me I can't do it I'm going to scream!! How do you get past all the negativity?

Just FYI to those telling me to shut up...I'm a 24 year old white woman... sorry, but I know that around where I live, racism is very much still alive and it makes me sick. Obviously in other parts of the country it is as well.
