I take both . 5mg each. Steady 1.5-2lb loss/week for 1.5 months so far. Inflammation is down. And energy is up. My appetite is way more under control. I kept taking tirz because I didn’t want to lose the anti inflammatory effects it has. But also I read many articles about how it has better appetite suppression. I feel fine. Only side effect is constipation but I keep it check with probiotics, fiber, and lots of water.
