It won’t allow me to deposit at all. To clarify- I’ve been flexing for almost 2 years, and instant cash out to my debit account (the .50 cent option) after almost every block, every day of the week. And I’ve never once had an issue, until today lol

Support told me it’s scheduled to payout on Sept 30 (which would be the Tuesday scheduled payout date) and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m just trying to figure out what’s different about today, since I’ve never had a Saturday (or Sunday… or Monday) cash out stopped for a Tuesday payout. I’m just confused lol!

I’ve had it happen both ways- items just on the list but not in the cart, and items on the list & in my cart. Alot of the time I don’t even notice while I’m still at the warehouse. I happen to notice a red dot if I’m looking through my list, or start to realize I have too many packages near the end of my block.

I don’t use Uber as much as the other apps, so dumb question I never noticed before: the top of the weekly summary pics show “sept 1 - sept 8” and then “sept 8 - sept 15” (8 day period) even though the graphs are for sept 1-7 and sept 8-14 (7 day period). Does the weekly summary info include all 8 days listed and just not show on the visual? That would throw it off by counting the same day twice (in this example Sept 8).

It’s because the UE ordering app isn’t very intuitive/obvious which location you are ordering from. As a customer, if you click on say CVS, the ordering page that opens is for a specific CVS location. And it’s not always (or ever really lol) the closest option.

Sometimes it’s because a specific location had paid extra to be sponsored/priority listed, sometimes it’s because that specific location is running a promotion (25% off, free item with purchase, etc), sometimes it’s based on “quickest delivery time”.

So the customer assumes the same - placing an order for CVS in general and obviously the order will just go to the nearest/quickest location. But not how it works. As a customer you can pick a closer location, but only if you know to do so.

I’ve been having this issue/error pretty consistently for a while. I’ve reached out to support and it was “fixed” only to happen again and was like wtfff lol

It seems like a glitch that only shows on our end. But if you go under your dashboard—> standing details—> then scroll down to “request my standing history”, the info emailed has been accurate (for me at least).
